Slow City

‘Man Zou’ 慢走 (go slowly or walk slowly) is a common Chinese departure greeting. It might loosely equate to something like ‘take it easy’ or ‘look after yourself’.
Sometimes our haste can impede us. Going slowly guides us towards the notion of taking our time, of moving slowly but surely — of (slowly) letting go of unkind self-judgements, while allowing clear action to unfold, and following our unique paths at the same time.
Slow City is a peaceful refuge where you can pause, breathe and be directionless for a while — allowing your body-mind the space it needs to heal.
